What We Do
Our goal is to build a one-stop virtual information and resource center that will help connect patients, caregivers, family members, and more to the services in our community that are available for people who have neurological concerns.
We offer a unique anonymous questionnaire that provides you with your next steps. By inputting basic information, this form will identify what resources are right for you, if there are specific things you should watch out for, and if you qualify for any research opportunities
Educate
We provide educational materials and presentations for the local community.
Connect
We collaborate with local organizations, agencies, and individuals to enhance and expand neurological care and education.
Direct
Our questionnaire helps direct individuals to regional and federal resources, as well as the services in our community that are available to people who have neurological concerns.
